I hope everyone had a pleasant and restful holiday break. We will begin our school year creating a timeline. Students will complete a questionnaire in order to create their timelines. Timelines can be created with photographs which are labeled or important dates can be used with short captions.
We're also going to start a new reading initiative where the students are challenged to read 100 books. They will receive prizes for their hard work. It's important to make sure that our children read for at least twenty minutes every night.
