Lions

When the lions finish eating it is time for it to take a drink and when it is finished drinking it will get lazy and falls to sleep. Mother lion folow the dad with the baby cub. all the grass eaters move slowly and slowly open up wide path. Like a king they give space. Lions are carnivores. When they are chasing other animals when it spots a  animal it gets lazy. Lions live in Africa. A cheetah is a lions enemies. Lions weights 265 pounds to 420 pounds. Lions are very dangerous and have sharp teeth. 

Dinosars

Dinosars live on long, long ago. Some were meat eaters and some wher plant eaters. Some dinosars were sea monsters. Dinosars are not clumsy. Some dinosars were tall. Tyrannosaurus always walk with two legs. Some dinosars wer harry. Aptasars scard the harry dinosars. some dinosars have spikes. Triceratops can beat up a T-Rex. Pterandon is not a dinosar but it is a flying reptel. Elasmosaurs a reptel in the water. The heat is killing dinosars and the cold made the dinosars die out.

Hi my name is Vanessa and I have been learning about octopuses and squids. I leaned that squids have a bullet shaped body for speed. Squids are the fastest swimmy animal in the ocean. A Reef Squid can make itself appear lighter or darker by changing the size of the colored spots on its skin. The vampire squid lives thousand of feet deep in the water. A vampire swuid can pull its arms back over its body and hide under the webbing. Squids have may enemies like shark, killing whales. Squids eat clams. A octopus can change it's body shape. Octopuses live in caves and it eat clams and crab. Octopuses have many enemieis like sharks, killy whales, and big fishes but octopuses have ink that comes out and it has the smell of an octupus and the octopus escapes. If a predor bites of his hand the messing part grows back. The paint pasific octopus is the largest octopus it is more than 20 feet (6 m). It live longer than any octopus. Octopuses have hundreds of suckers on each arm.

Snakes

Snakes live on dryed land. One snake lives in the ocean. His prey is fish. Snakes don't like noise because their always quiet.

Snakes eat mice. Some snakes eat other snakes. Snakes shed their skin a lot. Snakes bite people because their scared. Snakes have to worry about people. People are snakes enemies. Snakes are reptiles Snakes have patners on their body. 553 snakes are in the world. 

Snakes belong to the animal group call reptiles. This group also includes crodiles, lizards, and turtles. Reptiles are cold blooded animals that raise their body temperature by lying in the sun. Snakes don't have teeth. Snakes have jaws to open their mouth wide to get their prey.

A elephant eats grass and leaves. It's big it's trunck is long like about 2 feet. Elephants are 500,000 pounds. Elephants live in Africa. Adult elephants can scarf 300 pounds of food. A elephant mother takes good care of ther young. If a lion comes to close the elephant trumpets. Elephants are mammals. Tigers and lions eats sick and baby elephants and seperates them from their herds. Elephants are my favriote animals.

Penguins

Penguins can't fly but they can swim. Emperor penguin can swim 25 miles under water. All penguins live in the cold some live close to the equator. Emperor penguins live in Antartica. Each group of penguins is called a colony. A colony can have 40,000 penguins. The penguins thick warm feathers hep it keep warm. No bird has more feathers than the emperor penguin. Mostly penguins live in the coldest place Antartica. Emperor penguins move on to pack ice. Pack ice a huge block of ice. There are only 2 seasons in Antartica summer and winter. And I think seals are there enemys. Emperor penguins are carnivores that means that they eat meat. Empor penguins weigh about 60 or 90 pounds. Emperor penguins look black, white, and yellow. Penguins are birds.

Lions are good at climbing trees. LIons hide to get their prey.  The female lions have fur on their necks. Lions are sometimes lazy. Baby lions are called cubs. Cubs don't eat meat, they just eat bugs. Cubs look just like cats. The female lions are the only ones to get the food. Lions mostly live in Africa. Lions are the second fastest predators. All animals that eat plants, the lion will eat them. Lions are mammals because they have fur all over their bodies including their necks. The male is the only one that has a mane. There is lions in mountains of Africa and India. After a lion finishes eating its prey, it drinks a little bit of water. Lions are the only cats that live in groups. Lions also know how to swim. Lions are smart, just like people. A lion's enemies are tigers and cheetahs. A lion weighed 265 pounds. A lion has sharp teeth. Lions have tails. Lions eat meat.

Alligators

Alligator mom lay their eggs in nests made of plants and mud. And the sun keeps the nest warm and the eggs warm too. Alligators live in swamps like the Florida Everglades. They spend lots of time in the water looking for food. One of the enemies is the lizard. Most alligators stay with their moms two years. Alligators eat fish. They are the bestest animals ever. Alligators can be in water a long time. They can be in water and land too. Alligators have very sharp teeth.

Pandas

Pandas are good at climbing. Pandas eat bamboo. Some pandas size are 160-190. They weigh 75 to 130. Some pandas live in China. Did you know pandas are afraid of humans and some few animals. When pandas first born they are pink. Pandas are becoming extinct because some people are cutting down the bamboo. And the pandas are almost out of food. Some pandas are already extinct.
